Math: No homework.  We are starting unit 7 next week, after we take the mid-year assessment
Unit 6 math tests have gone home- if your student had a tough time, they can correct mistakes for 1/2 credit.  Get this back to me by Monday for an amended score.

Our Valentine's Day party will be Tuesday afternoon, so students are instructed to get their Valentines and their box as soon as possible.  I have given each student a class list and instructions on what to do.  You certainly do not have to participate, but if you give one to some, you must give some to all (if you follow what I mean).  Please email with questions, and don't forget to make one for Grace, who although not officially being in our class anymore, will always remain in our minds and hearts this year.

WE MADE IT!  CSW is over- thanks for the great week!

No homework.  Celebrate it.

MSDCQ: We watched Into the Arctic today at the Imax theater.  I am reminded of a movie I saw in Mr. Bohn's 6th grade social studies class- hailed as the first full-length documentary, this movie followed the arctic struggles of an Inuit family.
